Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ResultReach's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Services
ResultReach provides all-in-one growth systems including:
- CRM implementation and management
- Marketing automation setup
- Email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Landing page and funnel creation
- Review management systems
- Analytics and reporting
Services are provided on a subscription basis with terms agreed upon in your service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use services for any unlawful or prohibited activities
- Pay fees as agreed in the service contract
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:
- Fees are due monthly or as specified in your contract
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Price changes require 30 days notice
Limitation of Liability
ResultReach's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We provide services "as is" and make no warranties beyond those specified in your service agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- Access to systems will be revoked
- Data export assistance will be provided for 30 days
- Outstanding fees remain due
